Very close to Downtown Disney.
Could hear running water behind the walls.
Very nice room & great location. Huge benefit - we were able to walk across the street to Downtown Disney. Staff was very friendly and helpful - let us check in early and check out late. Only problem was we could hear water in pipes behind wall in restroom - minor pain. ...read more

Breakfast excellent, shuttle to Disney very convenient.
Shuttle to Disney was convenient. Restaurant in hotel was reasonable and breakfast was great. Only drawback was a convention of Miss Teen's kept us up at night. Small rooms too.

Loved the location and 24 hour cafe / Starbucks!
Parking situation and pay for parking which was a real hassle.
We like staying here because it is a nice location and have enjoyed it. Rooms are adequate size and beds are comfortable. Having the bus for DISNEY PARK is one of the main reasons we stay here also.

The room was a good size and the café downstairs was nice.
We thought the café was overpriced. Also, the ice cream place should be open everyday of the week.
The hotel was really nice and the location was perfect for this particular trip. I would like to stay here again in the future with my family.

Landscaping by pools beautiful. Inside and outside immaculate. Met nice hotel quests.
Bathroom does not have a fan. Older hotel refurbished. $10.00 per day to self park. Jacuzzi is older with few jets.
Large hotel across the street from Disney Downtown. Bus stop in front of hotel. Quality, quality, quality. It's not new, but stylish, immaculate,comfortable, and centrally located. We were visiting Universal Studios on our trip, not Disney, and it was 15-20 minutes away. We had a rental car and used the car daily to eat at different restaurants. Recommend highly. There were many ants in the bathroom. The shuttle to Disney World took way too long!
