The staff was not friendly. The room did not even have a microwave. Dresser drawers were broke. Two nights the maid did not vacuum. Bus transportation to Disney was a long wait, 45mins to an hour. Hotel also added a $15 a day resort fee. Hard to find parking. ...read more

It is close to Downtown Disney and the parks.

The one restaurant opened at 6 pm.

The rooms are comfortable and easily accessed. The staff is knowledgeable about the local area and willing to help. The bathroom was well stocked and the coffee was excellent. Rooms are quiet.

It just felt sort of cheap, pillows stunk.

Overall experience of the hotel for the price was satisfactory. It sort of felt a little under par with the equivalent area hotels, no bathroom fans, outdated ugly colors. The untidy conditions of hallway and stairwells. The smell.

We were extremely disappointed and when we checked out in the morning, I went in to speak with the staff about the filthy conditions of the hallways, parking lots, elevators and stairwells only to be told there was yet another charge of $16.50 in resort fees.
