If you want your car parked in hotel parking lot you have to use valet parking.

The size of the room and the central location.
Unfriendly front desk staff and hidden charges.

Please add my name to the growing list of guests that left this hotel with a less than satisfied feeling. We were charged a "resort fee" as well as a "utility fee". On checkout, I inquired about the extra charges and was told that the "resort fee" included the continental breakfast as well as bottled water in the room. There was no bottled water in the room, and we were not informed about the breakfast when we checked in. No apologies or rebates were offered. We managed to avoid the $20/day parking fee by finding street parking nearby. Would we go back - probably but with our eyes open. ...read more

Nice room- nice entry area with great bar/lounge.
Resort fee and mandatory valet parking.

This is a very nice hotel in an amazing location. The room rivaled the Riviera but the pool was really a disapointment. Good winter hotel when you are not looking for great pool. Also the mandatory valet parking for $20.00 per night and the resort fees (for what?) were an unexpected add on. ...read more

Location, use of robes in room.
Resort fee not included in price. Do not like unexpected fees.

Excellent location.

The $15 resort fee was unexpected and it is not a resort.

The hotel is clean, and its location is excellent.
Loud children and families do not make for a very relaxing experience.

This hotel is overpriced. However, the rooms and the beds were clean. The hotel was described as a non-smoking one, but repeatedly there were guests smoking outside our room and near the pool. Also, (whether this is good new or bad news to you) don't let anyone tell you that this is a hotel. It is spitting distance from about 4 bars, but there were children and families. ...read more

The location was very good and the room decor was beautiful.
No on site fitness center, sent us to one that was a distance away and the hotel shuttle did not come even after numerous calls.

Very little going on, the pool area did not have music or the bar open on Sunday morning and guests were sitting out there and expressing their unhappiness with the pool area and being bored. Having to be charged a resort fee when not having a spa or fitness center is not conducive to me wanting to return. ...read more

The hotel was beautiful and loved the location. Close to shops and restaurants - walking distance.
The pool was way too small. Only 4 feet tall all around. No self-parking. Valet $20 per night too expensive.

The hotel was nice, but the price was too high. Not worth what I paid to stay there. Plus had to pay an extra $20/night for car and extra $13 a night for hotel services (whatever that means). I paid for their service I guess. Not too elaborate. Simple hotel. ...read more
