I liked the indoor pool and the hot tub. The free breakfast was the best one I've ever had at a hotel.

The area around pool hurt my feet. The kiddie pool was closed.

My overall stay was great. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One down-side was that the tub was not cleaned (there was hair in it) and the tub mat was laying on the floor. I believe it was a fluke because the rest of the room was immaculate. The pool hours were convenient 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. I also enjoyed the hot tub. Everybody was friendly, service was great. We loved the pool. Very relaxing trip.

The floor around the pool was uncomfortable to walk on.

Our stay at the Ramada - Portsmouth was great. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The room was clean and comfortable. It was nice to get a free breakfast too. The ladies at the front desk were great, they even popped a bag of popcorn for us when we couldn't get into the room with a microwave because of a meeting. ...read more

With in walking distance to where our activities were.

The morning breakfast was not appreciated at all, need better food.

The hotel was very nice and close to the Ohio River, but that breakfast was horrible and everything has to be changed and better managed. No staff was available to take the requests or complaints in this area. It is played by the staff as a joke. ...read more

The bed was comfortable-the little couch great for reading.

It was hard to find. Had to stop for directions.

It was right on the Ohio river. They were having a festival with free concerts. That worked out nice. The breakfast was good. The room was nice. It was very relaxing.
