There are 19 rooms across 3 floors, including twin rooms, double rooms, family rooms and suites. There is also a specifically fitted ground-floor room with wheelchair access. This room has been specially adapted, with the appropriate modifications to the shower room and toilet making it suitable for disabled guests, wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility.

The West Park Hotel is situated in the centre of Harrogate, close to the Cenotaph, which is a useful local landmark, as it takes pride of place in the town centre. The hotel is just a short walk from the Harrogate International Centre and all of the exhibition and conference facilities. The regionally renowned Bettys Tea Rooms are only a short walk away and all that the town has to offer is within easy reach, including fabulous shops and the theatre. Some 200 acres (800,000 m²) in size, The Stray is an area of open parkland that runs through the centre of the town and was created in 1778 by an act of Parliament.
