The large rooms, comfortable beds, great atmosphere, and the views were fantastic!
The customer service was very prompt and the bellman and the concierge's desk were all helpful and friendly to southerners. The location in Times Square provided great access to the sights we wanted to see.
Everything was great
The hotel is located in the center of Times Square which was a great experience. Access to transportation and eating spots was excellent.
