The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Maintenance/housekeeping were very poor. Lamps were unplugged, no carafe for the coffee maker, phone & hair dryer in bathroom were falling off the wall, trashy between bedside table and beds, a locker room smell was present until treating room with Frebreze, window was not cleaned, hair in shower the next morning. ...read more

I was in town for the Appaloosa Dixie National Horse show. Very convenient and lots of security.

Hotel was a little run down, but clean. Staff was courteous, but distant.

Upon entering my room, I was pleased that it was clean, reasonably priced and seemingly comfortable. It wasn't until checkout that I realized my teenaged son had misplaced his cell phone. We cleaned the room our self searching beneath the furniture and in the cushions of the furniture. It was then that I reached into the chair to see if the cell phone had fallen there. I felt something plastic, so we turned the chair over to investigate. The lining of the chair was torn on one side, so I peeked in to see if what I felt was the cell phone, instead I saw between 10-20 used douches someone had stuffed into the chair. I was glad that my children had not found these and also glad that the cell phone was not in the midst of this trash. I will never stay in a room without first checking the furniture. ...read more
