Location.
Being new year eve, very noisy and overcrowded areas like the pool and whirlpool.
This hotel was fine. Being it was new year's eve, there were a lot of teenagers in the pool area, and many children with parents, which made enjoying the pool area unrealistic.

No wireless internet (hard wire only) and pool and hot tub out of order
Most expensive in the neighborhood and may be the nicest. Entryway very dangerous and under construction
