Super 8 Motel - San Antonio/Near Seaworld

Arrived at night and they had no vacancy.

For the most part our stay was pleasurable until the day before we left.
We came back from a day of sightseeing and our room had not been cleaned, no clean sheets or towels. We called the front desk and they said we called and requested no housekeeping but we didn't. We had to go get clean sheets and towels from the front desk and clean our own room. We were later told they were sorry for the mix up but we

I do not recommend this hotel. They do not clean the room as they should even though two calls where put into the front desk regarding the situation. They do not care about their clients.

This hotel was awful.

The Super 8 was not a bad place. They could have made more comfortable for tired travelers.

You cannot excpect much from cheap motels I guess, yet room wasn't vaccummed, my key didn't open and

Good location, friendly staff. Room was less than normal with smoke filled carpet in a non-smoker room. Security device on door broken and cagarette holes in bed spread. I hope that is not their best room. Few vending machines located outside of hotel. ...read more
