The young man at the desk called for assistance right away after I told him the pool was not warm.
The pool was the reason we chose this hotel, and it had stopped heating before we arrived. It could not come up to temperature in time for our boys
Comfortable, but could use a thorough cleaning of floors and pool.

It had a pool and spa.
Dirty carpets/bedding. Abrupt employees. Lack of towels.
When we travel we usually stay at Comfort Inn. This motel was the worse by far of any motel we have stayed in. Our beds were not made between days. The front desk employees were abrupt. They ran out of towels and we had to use floor towels. The bedspread was stained. The carpet was stained. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom.
