Friendly atmoshere and clean, comfortable rooms.
Continental breakfast are not large enough to accommodate the amount of people using it.

Hotel is customer friendly, allows pets at a very reasonable rate. Have stayed here four times with our dog. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Cleanliness.
Room looked worn. Cigarette hole in bedspread and it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.

Needs a serious update.
