Room was wonderful.
People in the room above us where load at 1:00 am and we were expected to move to another room instead of evicting them or making them move.
Overall the hotel room was excellent and the pool was quite nice. We were not happy with the fact that we had people above us making so much noise at 1:00 am that we could not sleep and once we complained and security was sent to the room it was even worse. Overall it was not the hotels fault that these people were rude and noisy but we should not have been asked to move to another room. When they called to check and see if the people above us were still noisy and they were told that the situation was even worse they should have evicted them or told them to move to another room at that point instead of asking us to do so. ...read more

Very pleasant atmosphere from housekeeping to front desk. Rooms were very clean, quiet and the beds soft.
I would stay at this hotel again and would stay at other Holiday Inn Suites. It was spacious, clean and family friendly.
