Courteous staff, clean facilities, and nice pool.
Noisy neighbors above us - not the hotel's fault.

This hotel was accommodating and welcoming - cookies in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. Staff was friendly. Nice location - within short driving distance to many shopping locations.

Very friendly staff at all levels who always looked out for you to make sure you had everything you needed.
The only thing was some remodeling going on, but it could not be helped and they were very willing to relocate your room if the noise was too much.

Overall I was very pleased with the treatment that we received. We had an early morning flight out, had to wake well before continental breakfast was served and so the staff made sure that we had a to go bag for when we checked out. They also wrote us a post card thanking us for the stay. I would definitely come back here the next time I am in the area. ...read more

Willingness to accommodate 3 people in our room when reserved for just two.
Road construction at the freeway exit ramp and hard to find hotel after dark when usual roadways were closed.

Extremely clean, nice atmosphere, professional staff, breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast.

The atmosphere was extremely pleasant. The room was too cold upon check in. The front desk staff immediately went up to the room and adjusted it. There were no comforters on the bed. The bed was clean crisp sheets, with a variety of pillows to choose from for your taste. They were not your ordinary pillows, they were on the upper scale of pillows. The breakfast was good, there was plenty of variety to choose from and it was hot. It appeared to be made on site and fresh. ...read more

Friendly staff, clean room, great location.
Very pleased, no complaints!

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the friendly counter staff. We were nervous by the amount of kids (there was a frisbee tournament in town) that were milling around. But our room was quiet and never heard a peep out of the kids. The morning breakfast was crowded but kept very well stocked. The counter staff was very helpful in directing my husband and I on our morning walk route, tulip festival and information on catching the ferry to the San Juan Islands. We always check first for a Holiday Inn Express when ever we travel. ...read more
