Don't expect to be in the middle of the Sedona touristy area, but you may not care.

Beds were not too comfortable - too soft.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Room was quiet. Slightly inconvenient to enter and leave the hotel because of on going road construction. Not much.
The left over nail cliping on the bed & floor very dirty.

Would not recommend it. The environment of the hotel room's are very unsanitary. Guest services have poor communication with the guest's.

vanity outside bathroom.

Easy to find, very clean and friendly staff. Internet access in lobby was nice and room was large enough.
