Hot tub very chlorinated but was clean!

See back from main road. Room was very quiet (no slamming doors that is usually heard in hotels).

The hotel lived up to its pictures online , there were no bad suprises awaiting us when we arived. The staff was excelent and extreamly helpful.

The fact that the storm sewer backed up into the sanitary sewer the last night of our stay this was not the hotels fault but a bad weather system.

The Springfield Ramada was a great place for us to stay because , we were traveling with the family and the age range was from 16 years to 50 years old and they offered something for all of us to do. From the free wi-fi to the comp. breakfast, and the health club like atmosphere of the pool and exercise room, we all had a good time and didn't have any problems. ...read more

Clean room, new, comfortable beds,nice pool area.

Was able to change to pool side room at last minute, rooms clean, beds appeared new, lots of extra towels, pool area was nice, workout room avail,quiet,security on duty.
