The location was very close to the Underground Station.

The area left much to be desired. You didn't feel very safe being out after dark.

Too far away from central London area; Airport noise; lack of fitness equipment.

Rooms were just enough for us to have all our needs met.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the rooms and it was in a convenient location, very close to the tube.

Good location for transport links and cafe's.

The shower stall was a bit small.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a standard hotel room with a comfortable bed and the shower was very good. There is an underground station about three minutes walk away and there are excellent bus links at the same location. Nothing.

This hotel was easy to reach via the jubilee line. It was comfortable with large family room. The staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was included. Overall great stay.

Staff really made effort to satisfy me.

Lighting was all fluorescent which is green but not as soothing.

Pleasant, clean hotel. Perfect for business or short stay. They also do full breakfast included in cost of stay, I think, but I didn't have time to have it.
