The front desk staff was awesome!

Dead bugs on all the hallways.

Although a 1 star, the front desk staff was friendly enough for me to add an extra night to my stay!

The kitchen the bathroom, loundry, most of the staff.

One staff member told my wife that the hotel didn't have sheets & pillowcases.

This was my first time staying at this hotel & I would do it again in a heart beat.

It was incredibly difficult to find, and when I called to ask for directions, the desk clerk could not name any streets near the hotel.

It was grimy, small, difficult to find, and far worse than any hotel I've ever stayed at. It was so bad, we actually choose to keep driving the 5 hours home rather than stay there.

AC smelled. Room was damp. Ice machine was
broken.

Room was clean however it is an extended stay so there were no glasses, plastic or otherwise in the room. There were not enough towels/wash clothes. I have never stayed at an extended stay so I don't know if this is normal or not. ...read more
