Beautiful grounds & pool. Everything in room that we needed.

Nothing. All our needs were met.

Friendly staff with quick check-in. Comfortable bed, nice flat screen TV, nice frig & microwave and clean. Beautiful flowers and shrubs around the grounds. Wonderful pool, great location.

Lost my return reservation, refused to honor my confirmed return reservation.

I had a second confirmed reservation a week after my first stay including a confirmation number which I made at the desk upon checking out from my first stay. The hotel "lost" my reservation and refused to honor my confirmation number or reservation. When I objected they threatened me with arrest. I am presently suing the hotel. ...read more

Room and garden beautiful

TV reception very poor/limited stations. Did not have Fox News which is important to us.

Other than the TV (above) situation. We enjoyed our stay and if that is corrected would probably stay there again. We travel to Bakersfield often as family lives there.
