Directions to hotel were unclear.

We were so disappointed in our room. Granted we did not pay for a top of the line suite, but this room was hidden back in a narrow hallway and it was tiny - as in very tiny. It looked as though a regular room had been cut in half to make two of these rooms. Upon our arrival the girl at the front desk was brusque, unhelpful and most of all unfriendly. Room was very small. Bed was terrible. Could hear people next door and they weren't being that noisy.

Excellent location. Hotel is run down, needs an update. Staff wasn't very friendly or helpful.

Room windows opened onto a busy walkway.

Over all the value for this hotel was good. The cheaper rooms barely fit a queen size bed and a small table, but they were decorated nicely. The only drawback is that the rooms window opened onto a busy walkway so there really wasn't any privacy if you wanted the window or curtains open. The rooms have AC units, but they are below the window and it would blow the curtains open, again no privacy. Also the TV reception was not that great. Overall though, this was a good place to stay and the staff was very friendly. And they have room service! ...read more
