Hard to rate as they were renovating so what was inconvenient for me should not be problem for future travelers.

Fine for the money spent, but pretty basic.

Please do not recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Cleveland, TN. The counter was falling down literally sagging in the middle and had a large crack in it, there was crud all over hotel room floor, it looked like insulation, from where I could not figure out, hair on the bathroom floor and full size beds which I know said queen when I ordered the room. The pool had chunks of concrete missing and had green spots growing in the missing concrete. Gross! We asked to be moved to a different room and the staff did do that for us although they wanted to argue with me about what I had ordered. The other staff we dealt with, due to the fact we had an extended stay on two reservations were rude, there was no southern hospitality at this motel. The continental breakfast was a joke. Not at all what the picture on line looked like, no eggs, no fruit, the only hot items were waffles and toast and you were told by the owner not to leave with food, yes you heard correctly not allowed to take anything out of the dining area to your room, which I have never heard of before. If I am paying to stay there I can eat in my room; or why have a microwave and fridge in every room? Please reconsider using this hotel. My stay was not a good one!
