"If you're flying in or out of Newark" this is a good place to make a landing, with a "courtesy shuttle to and from the airport" and a "one-hour drive to Midtown" Manhattan (though guests grumble they have to "pay for parking" as well as Internet); "five pillows" and a "most comfortable mattress" make for pleasant dreams, while sweettooths "love the cookies" offered at check-in even if it's too bad "they charge" for a cup of coffee in the lobby.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The shower was terrific, as was the coffee in the room.
Free wireless connections was only in the lobby.
The lobby and dining areas are very attractive and clean. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom is larger than other hotels we've stayed in.

The room was spacious, good amenities, food was tasty, and appreciated the business center.
The heat in my room did not work, the bath counter top was too small.
The hotel was attractive, roomy and comfortable. Swimming pool was not clean.
It has a good location. Daily parking fee is too high. Swimming pool is not clean. Arrange too many guests in the same area (floor) while the other floors seem to have less people.

Uncomfortable bed, very noisy even at night. Thin walls of room made sure we heard every scuffle and shut door even at 4 am through 6 am.
My spouse and I checked in at 1am. We fell asleep and were woken up by the slamming doors and talking people below.
