It was quiet and friendly staff.

Great for the value. Don't bother with the restaurant, they aren't all that friendly and in my book if you don't want business, act just like they do!

This was good value for the price we paid.

Was not impressed that hotel could not cancel on my credit card the next morning. I would have to wait three days.

The lobby area was reasonably clean and spacious. The heated pool was limited on heat, hot but was good, part of the pool room area could use an upgrade especially the ceiling. The towels supplied at pool side were size of hand towels and were better to used as a back scratcher then a towel. The hallways are in bad need of an upgrade especially carpets and room doors.
