Excellent hotel, beautifully located at the ocean. Great rooms, with lot of comfort.
There is no beach and the Wi-Fi (extra) does not work.

We spent 10 days at this hotel, so we were very pleased with the roomy suite we had. Lot's of room and comfort. The location of the hotel is beautiful at the ocean and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The only disadvantage we encountered was the fact that the connectivity to the Wi-Fi did not work and the provider could not be reached. ...read more

It was a great deal and conveniently located for our first night in the island.
We were given a room just next to the elevator which was very loud in the morning.

Overall the hotel was a great deal and in a good location for our first night on the island. The room, while nice was right next to the elevator and very loud in the morning. If we had paid full price or was there longer than one night we would have asked to be moved. Additionally there was no food to be gotten at that hour and no room service. ...read more

Room was not one of the renovated ones.

Great location, family-friendly.

The grounds were very pretty and it was right on the ocean.

The hotel staff is not friendly and do not go out of their way to help you. Our first day there was really bad which impacted the way we viewed our entire stay there. We had reservations for the Thanksgiving Buffet and even though there were plenty of tables inside the restaurant, we were put at a table in a walkway. The table was not even level. My husband didn't even want to eat any of the food, which we had already paid for. The hotel needs updating and upgrading. The rooms are small. The refrigerator in the room needed a good cleaning. ...read more

Beautiful setting, convenient location. Quiet.
Dated building; parking fee.

I understand we were in an older building that had not yet been redecorated. Overall, we were satisfied and thought of the public areas as very attractive and beautiful sea and bay views.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I asked for a room change and they accepted my request.
The room provided is commensurate with the discount,i.e. the higher the discount the lower quality the room.
