Close to Ocean and promanade, very slow elevators, free internet. Ugly hallways, staff helpful but require training. Bathrooms require upgrading and mini bar constantly illuminated the room with light. ...read more

The staff were very nice an friendly. The hotel is old, worn, the bathroom so small you almost had to get in the bathtub to close the door. The layout of the room was terrible and extremely small. Two people could not pass each other in any place in the room. There was a fridge but it was not turned on and they charged to use the in room safe. Would not recommend. ...read more

Stay here only if you plan to drink a lot. The good is that it is a great
sober location – in walking distance to everything around. The bad thing is that the old rooms. Bad dirty carpet in room. Dirty loud window mounted air conditioner. Worst shower ever. Paint over old paint on the stucco walls inside the room. Water pressure pretty much non existent in shower. This hotel has a great location.

It was good for the price I paid. It is a good location and in a safe area. They are updating it so eventually everything should be worked out. The beds were hard and very squeaky. Room smelled old. Windows were very dirty. Hotel was in very good location. The hotel did not provide parking. They asked me to go to the hotel next door to valet park. The cost was $30 per day.

The parking promised was not there, so I had to pay $25.00 for Valet parking and they left the car in front of the hotel until 2 hours before I checked out. They also charge a lot extra on your credit card for incidentals that I never would use. I also have not received the credit back from them yet and it has been 4 days. We had to change rooms 3 times because of filth and odor from a take-out container of week old lobster. The last room we were given was dirty also. We could hear every door down the hall that was closed, not sound proof at all. The deluxe ocean view room was a joke, we could barely see blue when we pressed the left side of our face against the window. It was an older hotel which is fine, but there is no excuse for being dirty. The staff seemed to be laughing at us in a different language and were rude when we asked for a clean room.
