This high-rise chainster's head-of-State-Street location makes it "good for business stays", as being a "bit away from shopping" means "no crowds on the sidewalk in front", and there's "easy access to the El" line direct to O'Hare; inside, the "lovely" rooms have large work desks and baths furnished with wood and "elegant" marble, and some offer pleasing views of the Chicago skyline.

Great room, great service, great location.
I don't like to pay $15.00 a day for internet access. That's too much.

The view from our room was fabulous.
The staff was not as friendly as I'd like.
Great location for downtown Chicago. Convenient to everything you want from an urban setting. Most everything is within a 10 minute walking distance. Modern decor, spacious lobby.
