Americas Best Value Inn & Suites

I stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend and one of our friends. This hotel is great for the price we paid. I picked this hotel just for sleeping because we were at Oktoberfest in SF. There were a lot of noises when we checked in which was around 1am because it's next to the club but we were so tired it didn't bother us. The pictures of the hotel are the same as the real settings. Great hotel, terrible neighborhood.

The room smelled horrible, the cable didn't work and we were pretty much treated like idiots when we called about it. Parking is 2 and a half block away, but it is free.

We didn't stay our one night in this hotel. It was dirty in a very bad neighborhood worth unsecured parking. when we asked to check out early the woman working at the front desk couldn't help us and didn't speak English. She had to call someone else and
I spoke to them on the phone he instructed me to leave my key there although we were not officially checked out. Our room and floor smelled of Marijuana. Very disappointing. ...read more

Ended up not staying at hotel because at check in they told me they sold out of parking spaces and when I asked where else is there to park they did not have any other options for me. There was not any parking near the hotel. ...read more

Clean and recently refurbished, and relatively quiet for SF. Good restaurant nearby, Rocco's.

The pitch that it was recently remodeled attracted us. Although new carpet and paint, still poor patch jobs under coat of paint; mold around shower/bath; alarm clock didn't work; gentleman who checked us in was not the least helpful as to where we could park our car in the area or whether a roll away bed was available - but it was last minute request. ...read more
