The room was a nice size for the price.

The pillows were awful - when I checked out the attendant said they had new ones on order.

The location was great - felt very safe as a woman traveling alone. The lobby looked attractive and have a nice place to sit and relax. My room was nicely appointed - ample space, coffee maker, small fridge and desk. However, everything was on the "cheap" side. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Lighting in room poor no bathtub drain.

Hotel front desk staff extremely helpful. Maintenance needs to be improved. Problems minor, but should not have occurred if staff checking.

Old. Dirty. Locks didn't work. Carpet was sticky.

Aging hotel near shopping center. Comfort and attractiveness of room and public spaces left much to be desired. Pool had not been cleaned.
