Vending machine was out of water and clerk gave us bottled water from her car.
Horrid mildew smell in room. Rug was grimy.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was horribly smelly; combo of smoke and mildew even though it was a non-smoking room.

The night staff when I arrived was nice and friendly. The breakfast was the same as every other place I have stayed. The rooms was clean well supplied with extras; microwave, refrigerator, etc.

The hotel staff cares about their guests.
We were greeted with care and concern. The room was clean, fresh and ready for us. The amenities of coffee, tea and soaps were great. The bed was very comfortable.
