Business Traveler
For extended stay business traveler, hotel does not offer much. It has one washer and one dryer on the third floor. No evening amenities and only a dry breakfast in the morning.

Adequate accommodations for one night stop on trip east. Close to freeway, one block away, easy to get back on I-40.

I traveled with 4 other people and had to beg for towels each day, for showers and the pool. The outside looked trashy and run down.

Good Location, decent price. Hotel staff is really friendly but not to helpful when asked to resolve a problem or think outside the box of taking a credit card and assigning a room. We had some clothes taken out of our room on accident they did apologize but that did not do me a whole lot of good. I had to do laundry every other day for the duration of my stay. If I had the energy and time I would have demanded some money or credit on some of the nights I was their which was 13 nights. It should have been offered instead of me having to demand it which I wont do. I'll just stay somewhere else. The managers were aware but I think just hoped the problem would go away which it did probably for good. ...read more
