The lobby is a mask. The hall to our room has major stains. The walls were needing repairing. We had to call the operator many times to get our air condition fixed in our room-still hot. I wouldn't recommended this establishment to anyone. The doors were propped open with hotel chairs and even our room was 90 degrees. After running ALL NIGHT, our a/c in the room got the temperature down to 80 degrees... The wifi connection wasn't available because none of the staff knew the proper password. We didn't get the room type we reserved...we chose a king bed and were placed in a room with two doubles. The pictures are VERY VERY misleading! The staff was a bit underhanded with information. It was not across from the pool and the pool was closed for an extended period for remodeling. They should have told us the pool would not be open and they should have been honest about the location of the suite. This hotel is outdated, the rooms were only mediocre at best, and had an offensive smell. The beds were hard and uncomfortable and the noise level from outside was awful. If there had been a room available at another hotel close by (I checked and there wasn't), I would have gone elsewhere. ...read more

The only rooms with view of pool were located inside the hotel. Room was not clean, children toys found in bathroom, AC was not working properly. There were holes that were punched or stoke on the bathroom door. ...read more

The entrance that we had to enter in was trashy, there was trash and crap on the ground; the hotel hallway smelled of an awful smell. The very intelligent people behind the desk charged my credit card twice. The people were rude. I rented that room also for the "heated pool" and that went out the door, we got into the pool and it was freezing cold! I, nor my fiancé, or our children were happy at all with our stay! This hotel wasn't worth what I paid. The pool was nice, but that was really the only good point. The room was bare and poorly painted. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The stay was at least short, only one night, but I will never stay there again. ...read more

No coffee pot in room like it said no ice bucket in room had to ask for it and towels they lost our reservation locked us out of our room.
