Friendly.
Construction.
We probably would rate this hotel higher but it was under major refurbishment and should have been closed during this period! Elevator used by workers often unavailable because it was used to move furniture. Lobby almost impassable for half day due to stacked furniture. ...read more

Outstanding value. Many extra services (waffles in the afternoon) and very pleasant environment.
It's a little isolated from the main street in Oslo and just a little seedy around the hotel. We didn't feel unsafe at all, however.
This hotel offers comfortable rooms and very pleasant public spaces. The staff was exceptionally friendly and the services outstanding. An excellent breakfast and evening buffet were available. The hotel is just a short walk to many of the downtown Oslo sights. All in all, we found this hotel to be a wonderful experience and a remarkable value. ...read more
