Great hotel and wonderful staff.
Although the over sized shower heads are nice they are too big for the traditional sized tubs (water gets everywhere).
After spending a week in San Pedro La Laguna on a missions assignment this hotel was what my wife and I both needed. Our check in was fast and friendly (Jacqueline was the best) we requested a high floor and they were more than happy to accommodate. Accommodations for our family.
Water pressure in shower was too hard.
We have stayed at the Marriott two times now, and enjoyed our stay both times. We did find out that others got a better rate (included breakfast buffet for same price), so that was disappointing. The staff is friendly and accommodating however, which is appreciated. ...read more
