The complimentary breakfast wasn't too bad and the cleaning ladies were accommodating when asked not to clean the room till we left.
No fan in the bathroom. Too much chlorine in the pool and not enough towels in the pool area for use. The room cards kept dying out!

It was a miserable experience. As I said, the cards kept dying out and we had to keep going down to have them reprogrammed for the room. The ice machine was broken on our floor and we had to go to the main floor for ice, I can't even tell you all of the things, terrible! ...read more

This hotel is somewhat conveniently located, but does not compete well with the Hampton Inn across the street.

For the price, the amenities were a nice surprise. Better than the expensive places.

really liked the hotel. It was inexpensive and still provided nice amenities such as a free bag of popcorn and bottle of water to welcome me. Room also had a fridge and microwave. The rooms were quite large and the beds very comfortable. It seemed quite clean. The pool and gym facilities were better than those in more upscale hotels. The breakfast was awesome!
The Chlorine in the pool was too strong.

The staff was great especially the staff that took care of the breakfast area. I felt like Mom was taking care of us. Very comforting.

Shower was wonderful, best I have ever had at a hotel.
Nothing comes to mind.

Stayed at hotel while going to local Casino. Very good location for Horseshoe Casino. Not really a getaway place for a family but would be good for an overnight stop or business traveler.

The hotel was clean room was roomy for wife's wheelchair and staff was helpful and very nice.
