AC not operating because is winter, room was extremely hot and room had bad smell.

Hotel is remodeling, the best thing is the bathroom, no air conditioned system operates because is winter, but there are no fans, just a small window, I got a cold because of the temperature difference. I will not return. ...read more

The location.

The hotel was being renovated. The rooms were small and no AC or room fans. Hallways were narrow and lights were motion activated.

They were overbooked & put us in a fabulous 1800's style suite! We didn't go out that evening!

The corridors and staircases were dirty and shabby.

Very accommodating staff. The other rooms we peeked into were very shabby.

Location was great, right next to La Rambla.

Walls are thin, rooms not well insulated.

Location of the hotel is great. It's located near La Rambla and near tourist attractions, food and tour desks.
