Ramada Inn

Much improved due to renovation but renovation is on going and has been for far too long. Many contractor vehicles in parking lot make navigation difficult and dangerous. Some workers were loud and boisterous. This will be an excellent facility once renovations are completed. Would not stay here again. Its location is out of the way on one way streets. The wireless internet that helped us choose the hotel to begin with didn't even work. We called the front desk and all they said was that it had been out for about a month! The free breakfast wasn't edible. With only orange juice to drink. ...read more

Nothing went right, first room no heat, second room bathroom door would not close, amenities describe didn't work or were not there at all. Complained to hotel staff and they didn't care, complained to the Ramada web site with no results. ...read more

Very outdated dirty looking fixtures overall- in the rooms and dining area. The bedding was worn thin and ratty and the bed was hard. The chairs in the dining room were stained. The breakfast buffet was unappetizing - I did not eat the food. Employees woke me up at 11:30 pm shaking a snack machine outside my room. They were banging it against the wall loudly Very "seedy" looking people coming out of the bar/lounge and hanging around the lobby and hotel. The hot tub was broken and the pool looked "milky". I liked the service from the employees, they were helpful.

I would suggest that the managers know how all operations work within the hotel. The girls at the desk were put in a terrible position. Reservations messed up and one woman's stuff was moved out on her. Our double bed rooms were gone...Breakfast consisted of bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy. There was no cream for coffee. There were no plates, eggs, spreads for bagels. We waited very long and got plates and eggs. The man in charge pushed food to the front with his bare hands. Ramada should pull its branding from this place! I know they wouldn't approve if they could see it. This hotel is unsightly, dirty, nasty. We had to skim the pool ourselves before we let the children go in. Dirty buckets sat below open areas in the ceiling to catch water leaks. People had put cigarette butts in the buckets. The buckets had been kicked over and dried cigarette butts were stuck to the floor. The pool safety equipment was broken. The general air conditioner was broken when we were there.
