Regency Inn & Suites St Augustine

Hotel was perfect location for the pier and the beach. Block from Panama Hatties restaurant with good food and entertainment. Nothing fancy but clean and reasonable priced. We'll book there again.

Older hotel, fairly clean well located for Daytona Beach, Florida.

The staff was friendly; the breakfast was good; the room was clean, quiet, and cool. Location was excellent.

Clean, friendly , close tto beach, best food within 1 mile of hotel. Sunset grill , barnacle bills and panama hati.

As stated on arrival at 1:30pm we were told that our room was not ready until 4:00 pm check in time. They would try for 3:00 because we were tired and needed a place to rest. We came back to hotel to check in at 4:00 and our room was not even started. The room became ready at 6:00pm. Hotel not full just not enough maid staff. No apologies or compensation for inconvenience. Departure we asked to stay until 1:00pm due to late flight and we were told 12 was the best (check out is 11am)they can do and would have to charge us. It was only after I reminded them of my arrival and no compensation that reluctantly they offered 12:30 free. Room never done up while we were there until late afternoon most of the time when we came in to rest we would have the maid knocking. breakfast not very appetizing consisted of stale donuts and danishes cheap ceral no variety. ...read more
