Customer service was extremely poor they did not care about our needs at all.

They were extremely unaccommodating. We had our check in of 1pm and they wouldn't let our friends in till 3pm. The front desk was rude and nasty she should not be at the front desk. Even when I asked for pool towels she was on her cell phone and actually sneered at me when I asked like I was disrupting her. ...read more

The front desk staff member did not try to accommodate us in anyway. Refused to switch our room. We arrived at 1:30pm the hotel was 1/2 full. The couple we went with room was ready. But, ours would not be ready until 3:00pm. So we had to sit and wait while 1/2 the hotel was still empty. Not customer friendly. Find somewhere else to stay! ...read more

The hotel was musty, old, damp.

High moisture content even with air conditioning. Clothes became very damp. Staff very congenial.
