I would recommend this hotel to people traveling to St. Augustine because it's so close to everything.

Entire place felt filthy. Room we stayed in still had a comment card, filled out by a visitor in June, with negative comments. Staff does not seem to pay attention to details. Shower had a severe mold issue. ...read more

Adequate for the price, but they really need to do something about the piping and the pool!

The room smelled like a dirty wet dog that needed a bath. Sink was dirty (crusty) could use quite the cleaning. Wireless Internet did not work in room. I was given such a room being that I asked about wireless upon check-in. Hotel's excuse was corner rooms at times doesn't get reception. Then to top off stay, breakfast items started running out before 9am and for many items the hotel didn't have any supplies to refill. will probably never stay at another Quality Inn. ...read more

Great hotel for the money. Large, clean rooms, great large pool and free breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful but the room smelled bad and the bathroom was dirty. But overall the Hotel was great
and the uses we needed it for.
