Traveling as Couple
There was a mess up with my credit card and the manager was to call me about the situation. She never did, I feel that this is very poor customer service.

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The smell of smoke in the hallways was horrific.

Family with Young Children
With so many guests cramped in such small spaces- the lobby, breakfast area, laundry room, pool, and so on- were so claustrophobic and inconvenient. They take advantage of being so close to Holiday world. And there was not much of a selection for breakfast; it was more like a snack. The only choice for waffles were malted, and most people complained. That is an acquired taste, and i do not know why they would assume that most people would want that. Nice spacious rooms. Nice TV and microwave and also mini fridge. Didn't use pool. Wish they would've had a hot tub.

We requested a non smoking room and they said all they had available was a smoking room. They didn't clean our room and then said we had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. This was a lie.

Overall this is a nice place to stay if you are going to Holiday World. As for the room price, it is slightly higher than I thought it should be for the size of city it was located.

Senior Traveler
We were looking for a motel that was just an over night stay time thing. Not part of our entertainment We found a nice clean, nice room size motel that fit the bill.
