Comfortable and homely furnished flats ideally located in the centre of Leuven. Situated in a renovated factory, each flat is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.The 106 flats each have: a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom, living area with TV and in most, a seperate sleeping area.

Our complex has no own bar or resto, but since every flat has its own fridge and kitchenette you will have the possibility to prepare the things you like most yourself.On walking distance there are a lot of cosy restaurants and bars who offer very good quality at very reasonable prices.At the reception we also sell small snacks and drinks.
Room Information
All flats have a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing stand and a kitchenette with fridge and microwaveThe flats are equipped with lots of things e.g. TV, stereo, seats, dining table, 1 or 2 beds, iron and ironing board, wake-up radio, hear-dryer, coffeemaker, lamps, dressboy,... feel yourself "home away from home"and of course : all kitchen utensils, bedlinnen, towels and sheets are also available.
