I loved everything about it! Staff, service, cleanliness, quality, location, and amenities were outstanding.
No jacuzzi or sauna (small complaints).
From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we knew that this would be an excellent place to stay. It's very inviting and luxurious. The staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and weight room are very nice, and the free internet service is especially convenient. Convenient to Michigan Avenue locations.
Excellent location for shopping on Michigan Avenue, good price and very nice facility. Close to Southshore Millennium Station. Staff is very willing to do whatever they can to make your stay pleasant.
