The "historic" Santa Fe location appeals to guests of this "pleasant" ("though not luxurious") hotel "close to the plaza and shopping"; the rooms receive mixed reviews – from "beautiful" and "relaxing" to "noisy" and "poor on details" – as does the staff ("could be friendlier"), but most agree that the fireplace in the lobby and outdoor pool are "a bonus."

The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to enjoy the plaza area of Santa Fe.
We had a great time in Santa Fe and the location of the Hilton added to our enjoyment. The bed was comfortable - which is of prime importance to us- and the room was pleasant and very clean. Extra charge for parking.
Parking is a basic need of someone staying at a hotel. Therefore I think it is misleading if it is not included in the bid price.

Great ambiance and very close to the Plaza.
Parking is $15/day unless you are a Hilton Honors member.
This is a classic old hotel which is thoroughly up to date.

No airport shuttle.
The Santa Fe Hilton is located within walking distance of every hot spot in the downtown area! Cool ambiance and decor. The perfect Santa Fe get-a-way! The staff was gracious and friendly.

The only thing I didn't care for was the $15 per day parking fee.
This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to the downtown square.
