This "smoke-free hotel" is "close enough" to Downtown by train and offers free "shuttle service to the El station" and to spots "within a one-mile radius"; "clean" rooms are "good-sized for a family", and the "staff treats you like royalty"; but a few are bothered by "bathrooms not quite up to standard", restaurant food that "could be better" and the lack of an indoor pool.

The front desk staff was friendly.
It had been overbooked.
I arrived at my hotel and there was no room for me! I had to travel to another location in downtown Chicago for the night, which was hard to find and parking was expensive.

No airport shuttle or downtown shuttle.
This was well worth the price. I would have liked to have seen an airport and/or downtown shuttle. I did stop in the hotel restaurant, but I did not eat there. It had good looking food, but I didn't taste any. ...read more

Friendly service, a shuttle service within a mile radius.
Nothing.
Our stay was better than expected. Beautiful fresh luxury bedding, upscale bathroom, early check in. Great service, and was very accommodating.

Very large room. Very comfortable beds. Hotel staff cordial.
No free self-parking.
Hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Biggest negative was that I could not park my own car. I could have parked across the street in a parking garage, but that would have had no in-and-out privileges and would have been expensive.
