Family with Young Children
When I arrive the hotel was without water because of a break in a main line outside the hotel. The problem was fixed about 9pm. The hotel gave us bottled water until the problem was fixed. Family with Young Children
Beds were small and sheets fit improperly. The room was what I expected from this chain. Room was clean and neat and TV channels were good. The Belgian waffle service in the dinning area was great. My kids and I enjoyed it. The only real problem was the staff did not check us in and out properly. I ended up being charged for the room again due to a staff error. Traveling as Couple
AC , missing screens, no vending machines on 3rd or 4th floor, six seats in dining room for over 300 guest rooms.
We arrived at the hotel as I checked in the girl at the desk made a strange face when she saw my reservation, not knowing why I asked her if they had any parking for a large vehicle. Later I would find out why she made the face, our room was severely unsafe (no A/C no smoke detector and no window screen for a 3rd floor room). She told me I could park in the street. We went up to our room witch was OK other than the fact that it had no working A/C and no fire alarm after an hour of my 7 month pregnant wife and I going up and down a flight of stairs and calling repeatedly we got another room which had a good AC. We had a decent evening and went down to enjoy the continental breakfast but was unable since they have over 300 rooms but only six seats in the tiny dining area. ...read more

Family with Young Children
The hotel staff was unfriendly when we arrived. We were placed in a room on the 3rd floor with no elevator and I have a 1 year old and I am 6 months pregnant. We finally get to sleep at 2 am and our smoke alarm starts beeping because of a dead battery - We dress and get a new battery downstairs and it still beeps. Finally we disconnect the alarm from the ceiling and go back to sleep. Our room was position right by the ice machine and at 6 am two other guests bring their ice coolers up to load up on ice for the day and we are awakened by the crashing ice. Needless to say - I probably could have slept better in my car for three hours than at this hotel. ...read more
