Layout was quite nice, facility was clean and the staff was very courteous.
Not close to restaurants and the road construction made it difficult to get to.

This hotel was more than I expected for the price and I would stay there again.

Night clerk was helpful, but took a great deal of time.
Either Priceline or the Hotel dropped the ball, reservation was not recorded.

After flying from New York all day, got to the hotel at about 23:45 to find that the hotel had no record of our priceline reservation. The clerk, after being on the phone with Priceline for about an hour or so, we finally got to the room about 1 am. Had to go to the car to get our bags, but for security purposes they keep all the doors locked and rely on the person at to front desk to come around and open them. That works well when they are at the front desk but when they are off doing something else you can knock on the door for quite a while before they acknowledge that you are there. Room was very warm, turned on A/C and because of the way the room was designed and where the A/C unit was placed, it had very little effect on the room temp. Went looking for an ice machine and could not find one, had to go again to the front desk and apparently they only have one and it is on the second floor. At approx. 08:00 we were awoke by the maid knocking on the door several times and trying to use her key to get in. They had continental breakfast till 09:30 we arrived about 09:10 and they were already starting to but the food away of which they had very little anyway. ...read more

Helpful staff, beautiful pool and exercise room.

I will recommend this hotel to others. The only problem at this time was the road construction that the hotel is located on. It created congestion and difficulty of access. But, this is not the fault of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and has an attractive lobby. ...read more

The comfort of the beds and the layout of the room.
It looked like someone slept in and vomited in the ice machine room.

The rooms were very nice and the pool location and atmosphere was very nice. When we entered our room, the bedspread was folded up. We asked the front desk and they said it had not been changed yet. We asked if we could get a different room (the one we received was right next to the lobby) and they said that was the only king available. They gave us a fresh bedspread. I went up to the 2nd floor to get ice and there was a Styrofoam cup, bottle of alcohol. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. Other than the issues listed above, I was happy with the room/bed comfort level. ...read more

Common areas on the main floor were nice.
Unclean ice machine area, air conditioner sounded like a 747 kept me up all night.

Nice enough for a one night stay but the ice machine area was very unclean with empty liquor bottles thrown on the floor. The air conditioner sounded like a 747 and kept me up all night. Walls were thin so neighbors nightly activities kept me up as well. ...read more
