A "perfect" location "convenient to everything" in Downtown Annapolis, this "well-maintained" hotel is a "wonderful find" for those who also appreciate a "consistently professional" staff and "great" beds; but the "old and slow elevator", "small" rooms with "paper-thin" walls and an "understaffed" restaurant that "closes too early" detract from an otherwise "comfortable" stay.

Climate control was not very good.

Right next to a large mall, so very congested area. Hotel room was nice, but TV reception was poor. Climate control did not work well in the room.

Good value, clean and courteous staff. Heat unit was a bit noisy in our room. Pool was nice, a bit small, but very clean. Much better than the Doubletree

Rather dated and room air conditioning/heating was really noisy.

This hotel is run well enough, but very dated. But the price is very fair, with free parking, and there are certain things you can count on with a Sheraton, like clean beds, bathrooms and towels. The in-room movie system was out of service the night I was there which was a bummer. The elevators seemed very old, the AC unit in the room was noisy and cranked on and off all night. ...read more

Its conveniently located opposite the mall, plenty of great dining places.
My room was close to the elevators & could hear the pinging the entire night.

The hotel is in a great location. Has a grill downstairs thats pretty decent. The only downside was that there is no noise filter between the rooms. I was awakened pretty early in the morning by the neighboring room guy who decided to watch the news. It was like it was playing right into my ears! Was awful couldn't go back to sleep. ...read more

Absolutely loved this hotel, very comfortable and friendly.
Has lots of parties in ballroom.

The staff at this hotel are very nice and professional, the hotel is very beautiful and right in the middle of everything
