Friendly staff, great location, immaculate room, good food and
fast service.

WOW, WOW and did I say WOW! The Omni is the best hotel on our trip and the best hotel that we have ever stayed. The staff made us feel like we were at home. The lobby was a pleasure to the eye and our quiet-room with comfy bed were perfect. The Thanksgiving Dinner at Bob's was superb too! It was very clean and organized with a friendly staff.
There was nothing that I disliked about this Hotel.

Very good location in the Financial District. Close to China Town, Union Square and fairly close to Pier 39. The Hotel room was spacious, quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great room and a good location for walking to sights.
Charge for computer use in business center.

Our King room was very clean with lots of room for the two of us. The opening transom window were cute and a plus for allowing circulation in the room. Bathroom had all the amenities.
