It was new.

The hotel was nice for Holiday Inn, the room was good, the closet was not deep enough to hang suit in, it is a new hotel. Only complaint is that the AC leaked the floor around it was wet.

Hotel is fairly new and has an excellent continental breakfast. Room was spacious and the bed was excellent. Towels are like those in four star hotels. Staff was courteous and accommodating. I will definitely stay there again.
