We had a fold out couch (very uncomfortable), no ice machine.

Good location. There was no ice machine in the entire facility.

The double charged my credit card, over drafted my account.

The room was small but nice. I paid for my room through Priceline. When I got to the hotel, they told me I still needed to put a credit card on file so I did. When I checked out, they told me I had to sign a piece of paper with an amount on it.
