Front desk staff was fantastic.
Very noisy. Thin walls. Housekeeping vacuuming during night hours.
This hotel offered very friendly service at the desk. The room was much smaller than expected, and the walls seemed very thin leading to a noisy experience. The housekeeping staff was vacuuming other rooms in the hallway as late as 9:00 pm, making it very unpleasant. Following complaint, the front desk relocated us to an executive room, which was quieter and outfitted as I thought all the rooms should have been. We stayed here before an early morning flight out of PIT. We only wish we could have stayed longer! The employee's were very friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was on time for drop off and pick up. The hotel far exceeded our expectations for the price we were able to pay!
